Employee was cranking the handle on a winch when EE's arm came in contact with a cotter pin. The cotter pin cut the arm of the employee which required 3 stitches.

Dredge operator used rope to pull 4 inch intake hose on deck to clear debris blockage. Strained forearm tendon. Placed on light duty.
