EE was walking across an elevated steel mesh walkway to a control house, when he slipped and fell on the walkway. It was snowing and sleeting at the time. The mid-rail and hand-rail prevented the EE from falling to the ground.

GRINDING PAOINT OFF OF IRON AND IN TIME, THE OIL BASED PAINT WORKED ITS WAY AROUND HIS FACE SHIELD AND GOT IN HIS EYES. WE WERE UNAWARE OF THIS REPORTABLE INCIDENT, UNTIL WE RECEIVED AN EMERGE NCY ROOM BILL ON MAY 15, 2000. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE EE HAD TOLD HIS SUPERVISOR IT WAS ALLERGIES, NOT RELATED TO HIS JOB.
