Individual sustained a 5cm laceration to left forearm while performing maintenance with a 4.5"" grinder. Grinding wheel became bound in material while individual was cutting a weld, causing the grinder to accelerate forward into their arm.

WAS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT AND TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS ADMINISTERED BY IV.
