Individual sustained a 5cm laceration to left forearm while performing maintenance with a 4.5" grinder. Grinding wheel became bound in material while individual was cutting a weld, causing the grinder to accelerate forward into their arm.

EE SCRATCHED HIS LEG WHEN HE BUMPED INTO A BENCH AT HIS WORK STATION. HE GOT HOME AND NOTICED IT IN THE SHOWER, IT WAS INFLAMED AND HE TREATED IT. NEXT DAY AT WORK EE DEVELOPED A FEVER AND IN FLAMATION CONTINUED TO GROW. HE WENT TO DR AND WAS DIAGNOSED WITH CELLULITOUS BACTERIA. WAS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT AND TREATED WITH ANTIBIOTICS ADMINISTERED BY IV.
