While driving a dump truck driver struck a conveyor. ***Per phone call to Reporting party: Customer-driver cut finger on broken window glass when exiting shut down truck.***

Operator was transporting rock from the quarry pit to the crushing plant. For unknown reason(s) the operator stated they believed the engine stalled and the truck subsequently rolled down a hill sticking a berm and overturning. Operator was taken to the hospital and released three (3) hours later. Operator has a small cut that did not require stitches and a bump on the head.
