Employee was using wire ties to keep chains from moving on the dredge. Employee decided to cut the wire ties with his own pocket knife. Employee placed his left hand on top of chain flat and cut toward his hand causing a laceration.

On 12/19/2008 Employee was getting ready to patch a hole that was in the Collector Flume Box. He slipped on the steel side panels and cut his right hand and right elbow on the steel panels.

Other employees were working on area around QC lab. They had removed the stairs to the lab for repairs. Someone place a bucket in front of the door to use as a step. Injured went into the room and came out with a box of grease. As he stepped on the bucket, the bucket rolled over and he twisted his ankle.
