EE WAS MOVING A PIECE OF STEEL IN THE SHOP AND IN THE PROCESS HE STEPPED ON THE FLOOR GRATING OVER THE DRAIN AND TWISTED HIS ANKLE CAUSING HIM TO TWIST HIS LOWER BACK. AT THIS TIME HE WENT T O MEDICAL CENTER AND RETURNED TO WORK.

AFTER SOME CLEANING ANOTHER EE TOLD EVERY ONE TO STAND CLE AR SO THAT HE COULD START THE DIESEL DRIVE OF THE MILL & REPOSITION HAMMERS FOR FURTHER CLEANING. EE REACHED IN MILL TO GRAB A LARGER ROCK & DISCARD IT. HAMMER FELL PINCH FOREARM, TORN ARTERY
