VERTICAL CLAY SEAMS CONTAINED IN THE COLLAPSED PIL LARS CAUSED WEAKENED CONDITIONS AND INABILITY TO SUPPORT THE ROOF AND SURFACE. MSHA INSPECTOR HAS BEEN ON SITE FOR INSPECTION OF SURFACE.
