THE ACCIDENT RE8POSNSIBLE FOR THIS DELAYED INJURY HAPPENED WHEN THE LOADER SLID OFF OF A DIRT ROAD INTO A DITCH THROWING MINER OFF TO THE GROUND. NO APPARENT INJURIES OCCURRED AT THIS TIME. AP PROX.
