THE ACCIDENT RE8POSNSIBLE FOR THIS DELAYED INJURY HAPPENED WHEN THE LOADER SLID OFF OF A DIRT ROAD INTO A DITCH THROWING MINER OFF TO THE GROUND. NO APPARENT INJURIES OCCURRED AT THIS TIME. AP PROX. TWO MONTH8 LATER, THIS MINER WAS EXPERIENCING PAIN IN HIS LEFT HIP AND LEG, AND WAS ADVISED TO STAY AWAY FROM WORK. DURING HIS ABSENCE, HE FURTHER INJURED HIS BACK AND BECAME WORSE. HE
