Employee alleges EE was lifting a screen motor to get the pin back in the hole and EE started feeling pain in EE's lower back.
Employee alleges the seat in the Loader was hurting their back, shoulder and neck. Employee was seen by a chiropractor to get an adjustment.

Three employees had hooked up a battery charger to the batteries of a 988B endloader. Two employees were on the opposite side of the loader when they heard a noise. They went to the other side and found EE laying on the ground. They did not see what happened. EE doesn't remember anything about the incident or what he was doing.
Employee alleges he was moving concrete manually and as he was breaking it up he picked up chunks of concrete and as he was throwing the concrete chunks he felt a sharp pain in his lower back.
