Employee alleges EE was replacing some belts using a pipe wrench and EE missed the handle smashing EE's right pinky finger. EE received 3 stitches.

Three employees had hooked up a battery charger to the batteries of a 988B endloader. Two employees were on the opposite side of the loader when they heard a noise. They went to the other side and found EE laying on the ground. They did not see what happened. EE doesn't remember anything about the incident or what he was doing.
