EE WAS CHECKING AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM & ACCIDENTALLY CONTACTED A LOOSE WIRE. HE RECD A SHOCK THROUGHTOUT HIS BODY & SLIGHTLY BURNED 3 FINGERS ON LEFT HAND
EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO FREE A LODGED CONVEYOR BELT UNDER A SURGE BIN. THE BELT WASNOT ENERGIZED. EE WAS ROLLING BELT FORWARD MANUALLY WITH THE DRIVE BELTS AND THE BELT ROLLED BACKWARD PINCHING T HE EE S THREE FINGERS ON HIS LEFT HAND. IT SMASHED AND SEVERED THE ENDS.
