EE WAS ENTERING THE CAB OF HIS TRUCK AND SHUT HIS FINGER IN THE TRUCK DOOR, REQUIRING THE REMOVAL OF THE NAIL OF HIS MIDDLE FINGER ON HIS LEFT HAND AND STITCHES.
EE WAS USING A TORCH TO CUT A BOLT OUT OF THE HAMMER AND A PIECE OF SLAG WENT UNDER HIS GOGGLES AND HE RUBBED IT INTO HIS EYE-BURNING THE LOWER EYE LID.
