EE SAYS WHILE OPERATING A KOMATSU 500 LOADER AT JOBSITE, HE DROVE THROUGH AN UNSEEN POTHOLE. HE WAS THROWN UPWARD IN THE SEAT. HE CAME BACK DOWN AND HIS FOOT HIT THE THROTTLE, PROPELLING THE MACHINE FORWARD & THE REAR TIRE HIT THE POTHOLE & THREW HIM UPWARDS AGAIN. HIS NECK & UPPER BACK & LEFT ARM HAVE BEEN CAUSING HIM PAIN EVER SINCE.
