WHEN THE EE WAS EXITING THE SKID LOADER HIS FOOT SLIPPED ON SOME MUD & HE FELL TO THE GROUND AND TRY TO CATCH HIMSELF WITH HIS LEFT HAND INJ WAS A FRACTURE OF 5TH METACARPAL OF LEFT HAND

EE ALSO STATED THAT HE BEGAN EXPERIENCING THIS PAIN PRIOR T O REPORTING TO WORK. AT THE INSISTANCE OF LOCAL PLANT SUPERVISION HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO A LOCAL HOSPITAL FOR EVALUATION. IT WAS THEN DETERMINED THAT HE HAD A MILD HEART ATTACK.
