Fusing 12" black poly pipe for a water discharge line. Employee was helping stage pipe in the fuser. As a finished section was pulled over and off of the first pipe support stand the pipe's end struck the employee on top of the right wrist. This caused a laceration to the employee's wrist. The employee was taken to an urgent care where he received 13 stitches.

EE was stepping off conveyor on 6/27/07 and felt a pull in his right shoulder. EE has been trying rehab and waiting on doctor to have his shoulder repaired.
Employee was leaving property, when he discovered a body of white female that had been murdered & dumped on mine property. Murder is still under investigation with city of Columbus Police.
