A contract company was hauling crude ore into the plant and the driver rolled his truck. The only injury was a bump on the head.
Employee was trying to change a belt on an electric motor pulley by himself and his hands got stuck between the belt and pulley. Second degree burn and contused left hand and wrist.

Maintenance crew was repairing bucket elevator when injured employee called out for another employee to STOP advancing the elevator. The instruction was misunderstood and the elevator was advanced instead. This action caused the laceration to the left thumb area.
Employee was removing bolts on a loader bucket when bolt spun off cutting though his gloves and lacerated left hand.
