Mulzer Crushed Stone · Struck against a moving object

EE was operating a wheel loader and was filling in ruts of an infrequently traveled roadway with material. Employee went to family doctor whom indicated the back pain he was having was "possibly" work related. Employee is having an MRI (WC) to determine damage/severity. He is on light duty, and prescribed meds for night time use only.
