HE WAS INSTALLING 42" ROOF BOLT AND STATED HE CAUGHT HIS HAND BETWEEN POT OF ROOFBOLTER AND TOP OR PIN, AND THAT HE WASN'T SURE.
THE INJURED WAS WALKING ACROSS PARKING LOT AND SLIPPED ON ICE, FALLING AND STRUCK HIS TAILBONE AND BACK OF HEAD AGAINST THE GROUND.
BUILDING STOPPING APPROX. 4' HIGH. FELL OVER CAUSING INJURY.
