EE WAS CHECKING FOR SUCTION LEAK AT DUST BOX ON ROOFBOLTER. HIS HAND WAS LYING ON A PIECE OF METAL UNDER PREDUMP JACK. OPERATOR RAISED STAB JACK WHICH ACTIVATES PREDUMP JACK. THAT ACTIO PUSHED THE JACK CYLINDER DOWN CATCHING EE'S LITTLE FINGER BETWEEN THE JACK BRACKET AND METAL.
