Dredge pipeline was plugged, EE turned on the booster pump to clear the line. The EE was standing next to the plastic pipeline when it came apart. The pipeline hit the EE slamming him into the I-Beam on the booster framework. The EE had his leg broken in 3 places and his ankle bone was crushed.

EE WAS USING AN ANGLE IRON TO BRACE THE PLATE OF STEEL IN THE BOTTOM PAN ON THE SAND SCREEN. HE THEN TOOK A JACK AND BLOCK AND STARTED JACKING. THE ANGL IRON POPPED OFF AND HIT THE EE IN THE M OUTH, CUTTING HIS LIP AND BREAKING HIS FRONT TEETH ON HIS BRIDGE.
