EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING UP ON TOP OF PLANT. EMPLOYEE WAS BENT OVER ASKING UP ROCKS STOOD UP AND TUNED AROUND AT THE SAME TIME WHEN HE DID HE HIT HIS RIGHT EYE ON A SUPPORT BEAM.

EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING AN LOADER PREPARING A PLACE TO DRILL. AS HE WAS HE HEASINGTOWARD THE HIGHWALL THE ENGINE STALLED AND HE PANICKED THINKING THE LOADER WAS GOING OVER HE JUMPED OFF THE LOA LOADER AND WHEN HE HIT THE GROUND INJUICED HIS LEFT HEEL. THE LOADER STOPED AFTER HE JUMPED.
