Worker was bending down to pick up a 5 gal oil bucket, when he stood up he became dizzy and fell down an approximate 12' slope injuring his neck and cutting the back of his head.

DRIVER WAS GETTING A CABLE THAT WAS ON A PILE OFMETAL. THE CABLE WAS STUCK, SO ANOTHER EMP USED A LOADER TO LIFT UP ONE END OF THE METAL TO FREETHE CABLE. LOAD SHIFTED, AND AS THE DRIVER WAS M OVING OUT OF THE WAY, HE SLIPPED AND THE METAL SLID OVER HIM. THE DRIVER SUFFERED BRUISES AND TORN KNEE CARTILAGE.
