THE EE SUFFERED A LUMBAR STRAIN BECAUSE HE DID NOT ADJUST HIS SEAT OR MAINTAIN IT IN A FREE MOVING MANNER. ALSO HE SHOULD HAVE KEPT HIS HAUL ROAD IN A SMOOTHER CONDITION.

DRIVER WAS GETTING A CABLE THAT WAS ON A PILE OFMETAL. THE CABLE WAS STUCK, SO ANOTHER EMP USED A LOADER TO LIFT UP ONE END OF THE METAL TO FREETHE CABLE. LOAD SHIFTED, AND AS THE DRIVER WAS M OVING OUT OF THE WAY, HE SLIPPED AND THE METAL SLID OVER HIM. THE DRIVER SUFFERED BRUISES AND TORN KNEE CARTILAGE.
