EE IS A DOZER OPERATOR FOR STRIPPING 2. RAIN HAD MADE CONDITION ON THE 27TH QUITE MUDDY. EE WAS DISMOUNTING OFF THE DOZER WHEN MUD ON THE TRACKS CAUSED HIM TO SLIP. WHEN FOOT MADE CONTACT WIT H GROUND EE TWISTED HIS ANKLE CAUSING SOME SWELLING EE IS TO STAY OFF FOOT FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.

EE WAS OPERATING A CAT AND SCRAPER AT DAGGETT QUARRY. AFTER EE WAS LOADED, HE BEGAN TO HEAD DOWN ON THE FILL TO UNLOAD. THE CAT TRACTOR DROVE UP OVER A LARGE CHUNK OF FROZEN GROUND. EE HAD HIS SEAT BELT IN PLACE. SUDDENLY HE WAS THROWN FORWARD, CAUSING HIS BACK TO POP. THE SAFETY DIRECTOR OBSERVED THE OPERATIONS AND FOUND THE FILL TO BE SMOOTH AND IN ORDER.
