INJURED WAS USING A HAND GRINDER ON A 777 CAT TRUCK, WHILE GRINDING METAL AROUND THE RADIATOR CAP THE GRINDING WHEEL CAME APART HITTING HIS HAND AND GLANCING OFF CUTTING A GASH ON THE R SIDE OF HIS FACE. RESULTING IN HAVING 7 STITCHES PUT IN TO CLOSE THE CUT. INJURED WAS TAKEN TO RICH MOND HOSPITAL AND THEN TAKEN TO CLARKSBURG TO HOSPITAL FOR PLASTIC SURGEON TO CLOSE THE WOUND.
