Employee was helping remove a rock from the jaw crusher and strained back.

Employee was helping to unclog a cone crusher when a drive belt slipped and cut the tops of the middle and ring fingers of left hand. The crusher unit was de-energized and locked out at the time of the accident. Tops of both fingers were later amputated.

Employee was adjusting steel brace of a conveyor when part of the brace fell and smashed the individuals hand. The Employee was wearing gloves at the time of the accident, however he suffered some broken bones on his fingers.
