The employee alleges EE was driving the loader across the pit and EE ran over a large rock causing the seat in the loader to bottom out. EE started having some pain in the middle and lower of EE's back.
Employee alleges they were cleaning the road with the loader and they hit a hard spot in the road causing them to move forward abruptly in the loader.
Employee was placing fuel hose nozzle back in cradle and felt discomfort in EE's side, shoulder and neck. Lifting nozzle from filler neck to hose nozzle cradle.
