EMP CLIMBED ONT2 A MOVING RAIL CAR TO MANUALLY ACTUATE THE SELINOID VALVE WHICH OPENS THE HOPPER DOORS. HE SLIPPED AND WAS HOLDING ONTO A RAIL CAR LADDER RUNG WITH HIS LEFT HAND. AT THIS TIME HE BECAME PINCH9D IN BETWEEN THE MOVING RAIL CAR AND A STATIONARY CONTACT BUMPER POST AT CHEST LEVEL. AFTER THE EMPLOYEE WAS FREED, SURROUNDING PERSONS STARTED EMERGENCY FIRST AID PROCEDURES U
