EMPLOYEE WAS ON OUTSIDE CORNER OF OVERCAST USING A SLEDGE HAMMER TO KNOCK LOOSE SOME TIN OT DISMANTLE THE OVERCAST. WHEN HE STRUCK A CEMENT BLOCK THE CORNER OF THE RIB SUDDENLY BROKE LOOSE FAL LING ONTO THE EMPLOYEE RESULTING IN A FATAL INJURY.
