VICTIM WAS INSTALLING BELT HANGERS AS PART OF REHABILITATION PROJECT. HE HAD INSTALLED HANGER & ASSISTED COWORKER. VICTIM RETURNED TO LEFT SIDE OF BOLTER HEAD NEAR DRILL CONTROLS. WHILE HE WAS WAITING HE WS STRUCK BY MASSIVE RIB ROLL WHICH OCCURRED SUDDENLY & WITHOUT WARNING.
