EE WAS REPLACING AN EMPTY OIL BARREL WITH A FULL BARREL ON THE DRUM RACK. HE UPENDED A HORIZONTAL DRUM TO VERICAL POSITION IN ORDER TO INSTALL THE DISPENSING BUNGS.
