THE EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LIFT A RADIATOR FROM A HAUL TRUCK. WHEN THE RADIATOR GOT STUCK, THE EMPLOYEE GAVE IT A STRONG PULL. WHEN IT BROKE FREE, HE FELL TO THE GROUND CAUSING A LEFT WRIST SPRAIN AND CUT ON MIDDLE FINGER 3 STITCHES.
