Employee was replacing a cutting edge on a loader bucket. He was removing a bolt using an impact wrench. He placed his right hand on the underside of the bucket against the bolt head. He accidentally hit the trigger of impact wrench causing the bolt to spin in his hand cutting through his glove causing a laceration to his middle finger resulting in four stitches.
