EMPLOYEE WAS IN HAUL TRUCK BEING LOADED BY A FRONT-END LOADER ON THE QUARRY FLOOR. A ROCK FELL FROM THE ADJACENT HIGH WALL AND ROLLED INTOT HE BACK OF THE HAUL TRUCK DRIVING THE TRUCK FORWARD. THE EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED A WHIPLASH TYPE INJURY. THE LEFT TAIL SIDE WAS DAMAGED APPOX $250 DAMAGE.
