APAC, MS Inc. · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was using a pipe wrench to seat a belt on the PS1 Shaker Pully, when the belt seated the pressure released and they smashed a hand between the wrench and a guard brace that was under the pully. This resulted in a laceration that required 13 stiches to close up. EE was given a prescription for antibiotic and placed on light duty until the stiches are removed in 10 days.

Emp was using a pry bar to keep a pump impellor from turning as they were replacing it. The impellor turned and EE's rt hand was caught between the pry bar and the pump housing causing a bruise to the top of EE's hand.

Mechanic was working on a track hoe and removing a tooth form the bucket. The tooth was stuck and they struck the tooth with a hammer and sliver of metal sheered off and struck them in the leg, causing a puncture to right leg.
