Employee was lifting a screen at the tipple and strained his right shoulder. This did not become reportable until 7/16/08 as the company did not know until then that there was an injury. He did not report the injury until 7/16/08. (Misc Mail 5/8/09 #2-had surgery on 1/5/09. He return to work on 4/27/09 with no restriction total misssing 111 days)
