EMPLOYEE WAS TORCH CUTTING AT BOTTOM OF ELEVATOR WHEN SPARKS BLEW BACK AND FELL ON HIS SHIRT CAUSING A BURN TO HIS NECK.
EE WAS DIRECTING LOADER TOWARDS TRAILER, WHEN DRIVER OF LOADER PUT ON BRAKES, LOADER SLID ON ICE CATCHING EE'S HAND.
