EE was helping a delivery driver offload material. During that process, EE lost EE's grip and a piece of steel fell onto EE's left upper thigh resulting in a contusion.

While adjusting conveyor belt tracking, EE was using hammer to strike adjustable return roller bracket. EE missed hitting bracket causing his right arm to be drawn into belt & he became wedged between belt & roller.
