Employee was changing two troughing idlers. The first one was set into place. When the second was set, it caused the first to flip over striking the employee's arm. Injury was a laceration to the right wrist that required stitches.

Mechanic was trying to secure a tarp on an excavator. The wind was whipping and he lost his balance and fell on the ground. He landed on a previously injured knee (right). It was reported to the company immediately. Safety staff picked him up to be seen by a doctor. It was diagnosed as a fractured patella. He will see a specialist on Thursday at 9:15 a.m.

While changing screen cloth he was using a bar to position the screen panels. The screen above slid down and struck the bar bending his wrist backward. Original diagnosis was a sprain/strain of the wrist. The employee was diagnosed with a fracture on November 27, resulting in lost time.
