EMPLOYEE WAS ASSISTING ANOTHER PERSON ON THE CRUSHER TRYING TO DISLODGE A STUCK STONE. WHILE HOLDING A METAL BAR TRYING TO FREE THE STONE, IT CAUGHT IN THE MOVING PARTS OF THE EQUIPMENT. THE M ETAL BAR WAS PROJECTED OUT OF THE CRUSHER AND STRUCK THE EMPLOYEE ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HIS HEAD ALSO CAUSING INJURY TO HIS HAND.
