The employee was getting in his truck at John S. Lane in West Stockbridge MA. He was on the 1st step going up to the 2nd step when his leg & back gave out. The employee fell to the ground.
Employee was using a magnetic drill. It was snaged, and spun around and hit the him in the left forearm. He should have had the drill attached to a safety strap. He went home after he went to the dr and return to work 3/30/07-light duty. Dr released him 4/5/07

A LARGE ROCK ROLLED OFF A STOCK PILE QUITE A DISTANCE & HIT THE EMPLOYEE ON THE RIGHT LEG/ANKLE.
EE WAS GETTING OUT OF HIS TRUCK. WHEN HE WAS GOING DOWN THE LADDER, HE BUMPED HIS KNEE. BY THE END OF THE DAY HE WAS UNABLE TO USE THE CLUTCH IN HIS TRUCK. EE HAS MISSED WORK SINCE 7/15/02.
3 EMPLOYEES WERE WORKING TOGETHER CHANGING SCREENS. A SCREEN SLIPPED & HIT OUR EMPLOYEE IN THE LEFT FOOT & BROKE IT.

WELDING IN TIGHT QUARTERS, EXTREMELY HOT, SOMEHOW CAUSED ELECTRICAL SHOCK WHICH RESULTED IN EXIT WOUND IN WRIST.
