HE WAS USING A HOLE PUNCH WITH VICE GRIPS ATTACHED AS A HANDLE. LAID TOOL DOWN AND PUSHED ASIDE. DID NOT SEE THAT PUNCH TURNED INTO VERTICLE POSITION. MADE SWING WITH HAMMER TO DRIVE BELT INTO POSITION. FINGER CAUGHT BETWEEN HANDLE AND PUNCH.
