Employee was on the west dredge. A piece of metal blew into his right eye. He was wearing his safety glasses. He was given prescription medication making this a reportable accident.

EE WAS GOING FROM THE WALKWAY TO ACCESS THE BOAT. THERE WAS FROST ON THE WALKWAY, EE SLIPPED AND FELL BRAKING HIS ANKLE.

EE WAS TRYING TO LIFT ONE END OF A 10 INCH PIPE.THE PIPE WAS FROZEN TO THE GROUND AND WHEN HE TRIED TO LIFT HE INJURED HIS LOWER BACK.

EMPLOYEE WAS CHECKING THE CLASSIFIER AND WAS COMING DOWN THE STAIRS WHEN HE MISSED A STAIR & FELL; AS HE FELL, SOMETHING STRUCK HIS LOWER LEFT LEG.
