EE WAS IN THE WORK BOAT TRAVBELING FROM THE EAST BAN TO THE WEST DREDGE, AS HE WAS GOING UP RIVER THE BOAT MOTOR WAS HOOKED BY THE UPRIVER CABLE OFF THE EAST DREDGE AND CAUSED THE BOAT TO FLIP UPSIDE DOWN AND SINK.
EE WAS STANDING ON THE REAR TIRE OF A 966 CAT RUBBER TIRE FRONT END LOADER CHECKING THE BATTERY. HE SLIPPED ON SOME SAND AND FELL OFF, STRIKING HIS RIGHT ARM ON A 55 GAL. DRUM OF OIL. HE HAS A FRACTURE RADIAL HEAD ON HIS RIGHT ARM.
