Approval has been given to move the intake stopping line and primary escapeway to allow for the intake air course to bypass the fall. The inby end of the fall will be cleaned and supported according to the approved clean up plan.

Traveled Return Entry A fall in #2 entry. Airway was NOT blocked. Travel ways was routed to the #1 entry. The area of the fall was dangered off. MSHA/State was notified via hotlines. Area was then cribbed, roof jacks set and Danger Boards were put in place. The fall was 4-5 feet thick 20 - 25 feet long- 18 feet wide. safety talk with all three shifts.

Scoop operator was taking the scoop to the charger, it quit tramming in forward-put in reverse-stuck in tram, went to hit Panic Bar, scoop hit rib. Threw him partially out-got hand behind the rubber stopper. Mashed his little finger. His little Left hand finger required stitches.
