EE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HAUL ROAD; FROM PERONNEL ACCOUNTS AND OVSERVATION OF THE ACCIDENT SCENE, IT IS THEORIZED THAT THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE AND HIT THECABLE LINE BERM (4'X'4'X 3') FOR APPROX. 100', STRUCK A PORTION OF THE BERM, AND CATAPULTED OVER THE BERM FALL APPROX. 40-42' RESULTING IN THE DRIVER'S DEATH.
