Employee was cutting a piece of skirt rubber with a utility knife when it slipped, cutting his leg.

The employee was pouring concrete near the office between 6:00am and 11:00am. He got some wet concrete on the inside of his rubber boots which burned both his legs. Lost time did not begin until 06/13/2012.
