THE GREASE HOSE BECAME TANGLED OR CAUGHT ON SOMETHING, SO EMPLOYEE GAVE IT A BIG TUG. IT WAS FREE CAUSIGN HIM TO LOOSE HIS BALANCE. HE FELL OFF HTE TIRE AND STRUCK HIS LEFT ELBOW ON SOMETHING BEFORE HE LANDED ONT EH GROUN
