EE WAS USING A PRYBAR/TAMPER TO REMOVE ROCKS FROM PLUGGED "TUNNEL TRAP". FELT A STRAIN IN HIS NECK AND BACK WHICH PROGRESSIVELY WORSENED.
SETTING A CONVEYOR IN PLACE. AS LOAD WAS PICKED UP THE CONVEYOR SWUNG AWAY FROM PICK AND THE CONVEYOR LEG STRUCK A LABORER IN THE FOOT BRUISING HIS RT. FOOT.
