The employee was in the process of resetting the feeder breaker and a phase-to-phase event occurred within the circuit breaker resulting in burns to the employees' hands/arms and left leg.

EE was installing roof bolts in the #8 heading when a piece of rock approximately measuring 8in x 10in round and 2in to 3in thick gave loose, striking EE on the left index finger resulting in a laceration.
